IMPORTANT:
• If this is the first time you are accessing your account using our new login page OR if you wish to enroll in the Air Canada ESOP, select "Activate Account" to activate your account now using your existing credentials and create your new, personalized User ID and Password. Please note: Global ID is your employee number with leading zeros to make a 9 digit number; and your temporary password is your existing password. If you are a new employee, the temporary password is provided by Computershare via email/mail. If you have forgotten your password, please call 1-877-982-8766 (inside Canada and USA); or +1-514-982-8705 (outside Canada and USA).
• Select "Login" if you have previously activated your account online. You will be prompted to enter your User ID and Password you have previously established.
