Why we ask for SSN

In our role as securities transfer agent we maintain shareholder records, including individual SSN's for the purpose of tax reporting required by law. As a security measure, during this one-time Investor Centre initial authentication process, we ask U.S. shareholders to validate their SSN. Be aware we are not "collecting" your SSN, we are simply matching the number entered on this secure page with your shareholder record(s) on our system. Please be assured that at Computershare, your security and privacy is our top concern.
