Dividend Reinvestment Plan
First Quantum offers a Shareholder Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan to registered shareholders of common shares. You are a registered shareholder if the shares are registered in your own name. Participation in the Plan is only open to residents of Canada and you can obtain information on the Plan here. Registered shareholders can join the Plan by completing the enrollment forms available here. If your shares are not registered in your name, but are registered in the name of a nominee such as a bank, trust company, investment dealer or other intermediary, please contact your nominee to enroll in the Plan.

Participation in the Plan does not relieve participants of any liability for taxes as a result of participating in the Plan. Shareholders should consult their tax advisors about the tax consequences arising from their participation in the Plan.
