  • We are unable to accept address change requests via this email. Address changes can be completed via the website if you have full access. Login now to complete the change online. For other ways of requesting an address change, please refer to the FAQs and select General Information from the drop down window.
  • We cannot provide account specific information via email. However, once you have full access to the Israel Bonds Direct website, you can locate information specific to your account, make changes to your account or conduct some transactions.
  • For security purposes, only general information can be provided by email. Email inquiries regarding specific account detail, account transactions or changes will typically be returned or not be completed. For security reasons, any requests or instructions delivered through email cannot be accepted or processed by us.
